[ColorForth] Matrox cards

Hello,
  For those who have the Matrox G400 and similar cards, you might want to
try to update your bios. Matrox provides a utility and the bios
for several of their cards. colorForth now works for me using the latest
bios.

  The new floppy code however was a problem, I couldn't find the previous
COLOR.COM to try it, so I tried Terry Loveall's colorForth 1.0 kit, this
worked.

  I've modified the latest colorForth to use Terry's floppy code, that is
the only change. You can get at
