[ColorForth] Boot problems.


I had a dig around and found the source for color1ms3.com. All the details
are at http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/rscollins/color1ms3/. Hope someone
finds that helpful.

Also, in the name of international confusion I moved color1ms3.com to
http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/rscollins/color1ms3/color1ms3.com.
