[colorforth] Success...my first boot screen

Today is not my day. But I solved other problems so I guess it all balances
out.

You can find the multi-tasking in PROK\prok32.asm in the 5 forths package:

which also includes flat real mode code. It is a streamlined version of my
commercial development tools and the basis for the flat real mode that is in
4word.
