[colorforth] NASM for colorforth

IsForth also came up on RedHat version 7, but
only after downloading the latest version of nasm
(98.22) from RedHat.  The original nasm 98.5
didn't appear to have x%define - "without which
only divine intervention will cause the parts
to assemble" (README by Mark Manning).
