[colorforth] correction and area fill.

Just updated www.thelma-louise.net with a correction in the line drawing
routine. It showed up while working on area fill.

Added area filling. Perhaps a rough version, that could use more
refinement. But it runs, and seems to be fairly efficient.

Run the logo on block 78 for a visual check.
