[colorforth] RxRing buffer


if i read correctly there is a small error in the realtek driver's 
shadow-block

"register 38 is 10 bytes before start of next packet" sould read "register
38 is 2 bytes before start of next packet" these 8 bytes are the 
Ethernet preamble (which is technecly part of the packet). the other two 
bytes are the recive status register, which is defined in the spec for the 
realtek chip.
