Here is a brief description:

Raskin's book "The Humane Interface" goes into more detail on proposed
alternatives, for example he proposes replacing the conventional "desktop"
with a two dimensional space for which you can organise and navigate
content. I only use this as example of a user system, any user system
will have similar requirements. Creating, storing, and viewing
and organizing files, text editing, email, http, these are fundemental
requirements for a user system.

Some of these could be minimally met by the current colorForth system. If
for example the blocks could be treated contiguously, and recognized
as such by the block viewer, that would be sufficient for creating,
storing, viewing, files. Organization would require a 'copy' and 'erase'
that recognizes contguous blocks. This is just one possibility.
