[machineforth] VentureForth tutorial

Hello all,

I'm putting together a tutorial on programming
the new SEAForth "VentureForth" SDK.  Right 
now all I have is a (brief) description of the
chip that shows how the ports work based on
my discussion with Jeff Fox.  (Thanks Jeff!)
Over the next few posts I'll explain the 
matrix multiplication test routine I wrote
which gave almost a 100% increase using
3 cores over the theoretical speed of 
just using a single core.  (Note that since
one core is just "farming out data" only
two cores are doing the actual multiplication.)
While I'm NO expert or MISC programming I
have figured a few things out for myself
that I think might be helpful to others.
