[ColorForth] destack fix

Right. There was a problem with deleting and inserting words by the
colorForth editor. One version of colorForth didn't ever reset the buffer
empty. So it eventually overflowed into the stack area, after some thousands
of deletions.

The latest version corrects that. But I don't remember if that's the version
posted. I'll repost soonest.
