[ColorForth] destack fix

Hello,
  I belive there is a bug in the destack operation. If you save
colorForth and then reboot the destack('i') operation in the editor can
crash.

I fixed this by inserting the instruction 'mov trash, buffer*4' near the
begining of color.asm, before loading block 18. It seems to do the trick.
