| Hi, I am very impressed by Chucks colorForth. I would
like to use it commercially, that is, get people to pay me to do projects in
colorForth. I have a client who wants a database built, he
doesn't care what I build it with - it just has to work, but since he wishes to
sell this database to people running MS Windows, it must run under
Windows. I have plenty of time to get the project done, so
instead of using MS Access or C I've decided to port colorForth to Windows, then
build my DB with that. It will be colorForth in the sense that I am using
Chucks code to do the compile at load time, but it won't be colorForth in the
sense that it is running under the piece of $&%# operating system
Windows. I am having fun with it, and will probably make
some money, so it is the right thing to me. My questions are, are people on this list
interested, once ready should I post a link to it here, and will anybody kill me
if I call it WinColorForth?
