How so?  In ANSI Forth, I can do this:

  HERE <assemble> 16 DUMP

that displays the assembled opcodes (plus some extra bytes).  If you're 
really concerned about how big the opcodes will be:

  HERE <assemble> HERE OVER - DUMP
