Has anybody got the Mup-21 working with Pal color?

I thought it was impossible to do this but (as the Mup21 Ntsc signal is
different from the Pal signal), but it has been suggested to me to ask if
anybody has got it working.  So has anybody got Pal color video signal from
the Ntsc Mup21.
