About the Archive

• The MISC (Minimal Instruction Set Chips/Computing) mailing list was in operation from November 1994 through April 2001. When the list server was taken down, three new lists were created to handle the topics that had grown out of the original MISC list. Subscription information for these lists can be found on Jeff Fox's site here.
  Although the MISC list is no longer active, the messages posted in the list are still very valuable. As such, the complete mail list archive is being made available on this site in a browse-only format. Special thanks goes to Penio Penev for both running the original MISC list and filling in the gaps in my archive.
