Wayne,
I am right with you on integer maths! I wrote a couple of articles for
Forth Dimensions a couple of years ago, "Math - who needs it" and "Mini
math - I needed it" that used fixed point scaled numbers. The first also
had transindental functions but I didn't write them. Anyone interested
who doesn't have FD handy can get a copy by anontmous FTP from
brain.physics.swin.oz.au in the forth subdirectory.
