Does anyone have any recommendations on where to buy things?  I saw the list
on Ales V. Hvezda's home page <http://www.cybercom.net/~ahvezda>, but I'm
looking for first-hand experiences?

I'd be particularly interested in those that are accessible over the
Internet, and that I can fax orders in and ask questions via eMail.  Since I
work on this stuff after hours, places that require you to phone in orders
isn't very convenient.

And, which places sell small quantities (or individually in some cases) to
individuals, without a lot of hassle?

And, last but not least, what about miscellaneous items, such as LCDs, cases,
customized keyboards, etc.?
