In case it wasn't clear in my previous message I am proposing that
a P21 or F21 chip be turned into a multichip module that
includes a second piece of silicon that is a comercial die of
fast SRAM or DRAM so that maximum speed can be obtained.
There are large fast DRAMS and SRAMS availiable although at
a significant cost, but I feel that this cost would still be much
less than a comparable CPU/motherboard/external memory
cost.
