4-bit ? Eurosil Chip

Back in More on Forth Engines a few years ago there was information about
some chip, I think by Eurosile that was 4 bit, had forth structure etc.  It
was towards end of volume, can anybody advise me of the details, I wish to
contact the manufacturer?
