Now I'm getting a better picture.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
DRAM SIMMs
come in 72 pin modules even though the F21 prelim spec DRAM
pinout only shows 70 pins.
256K X 4 DRAMs are going to cost $ .50 plus
the price of testing them to be sure they still work.
4Mbyte simms can cost $12...don't know if 1M X 32 is avail...
A 1M X 32 module would do the F21 in one socket,
saving board space. I like that approach for 72 pin simms,
especially since I found one source
for a surf mount 72 pin simm socket.
Who can find a price and availability ofr a 1M X 32 simm?
