You mean with the 14.318 MHz Xtal and the same video
instructions used for NTSC? Here in Brazil we have
PAL-M and I've got a PAL/NTSC switchable TV set.
Under PAL I just get black and white (and grey) display.
If you have made any modifications to hardware or software
could you describe them?
I am trying to use the P21 to read encoded information from
a paging receiver and display it on TV.
