Hi, to whom it concerns

I've got my account back but cannot read any of the digested messages 
(they all come up blank).  I think it has something to do with the mime 
coding:

 Hotmail is MIME compliant. Attachments sent to your Hotmail account
 appear as hyperlinks that you can download - just click each link to
 ---cut
 NOTE: Blank attachments are due to either packet loss or improper
 attachment. If you receive a blank attachment, please ask the sender
 to resend it to you.

All the digests from 48 onwartds are like this, so it must be the 
encoding.
