Dear MISC readers:
I forgot to mention that F21c will be packaged in a 68 pin ceramic
package similar to a production plcc. F21b used a 65 pin PGA that
required holes in the PCB. F21c can be surface mounted or used with
a cheaper socket and leave the back side of the PCB free for use
by other surface mount parts.
