A little more info. can be gleaned from Chuck's recent comments to the Silicon 
Valley Forth Interest Group, also posted in Jeff's Web pages.  I understand that
the info. is restricted because Chuck Moore's client, who is funding the P8 
development, does not want details of the chip made public.  In other words, it 
is a proprietary technology.  Maybe more will come to light later on.
