Volume 60

Hi

I tried to send a lengthy submission into misc for volume 60, but volume 60
came up as 0 bytes, the next one was me accidently trying to find out what,
happen.  I have been busy and my mailbox has died (with the copy of the
submission), did it get out there to you guys, was there in trafic in
response, around begging of October?

Thanks, I have tried the request channel (even tried to get them to kill my
old subscription of my previouse account), but no reply as ussual.
