[colorforth] ANN : cfdos V2.0 and cfdos2.blk "ANS" edition

Hi!

Announcing cfdos V2.0 and cfdos2.blk "ANS" edition, available to download
from http://www.inventio.co.uk/cfdos.htm .

The new features are listed at http://www.inventio.co.uk/cfdos2.htm , and
include :
Name changes to several system words to avoid clashes with ANS standard
names
A port of the display side of the editor to colorForth ( from assembler )
with a "colourblind" mode which displays the source in a more conventional
way without requiring colour.
A game called "slime", with PC speaker sound effects.
Dump now displays the ASCII text and colorForth token names.
Icons has a complete set of printable ASCII characters.

Included in the zip and auto-extracting distributions are chk.com to display
the checksum of part of the binary file, and PCI.exe ( as a bootable floppy
image ) to display information about your PC's PCI bus.
